Policy for Reviewing and Posting Materials on this Website

All information posted on this website will be periodically reviewed by the CRN Website Task Group. Locally developed materials may be posted on each community's page, in the Resources or Links sections of the site, prior to review by the Task Group to faciltate ease of networking and information sharing.

The Task Group reserves the right to contact communities where materials to be posted do not meet the following criteria: "CRNs will post materials of use to other CRNs around the province, and will ensure that in so doing, these materials are non-labelling, promote safety and not risk, accurately make reference to any aspect of the Adult Guardianship Legislation, and accurately reflect the principles, vision and intention for CRNs."

It is understood by those submitting materials for posting that these materials will be downloaded, copied, and altered, with the CRN having developed it being cited as the source.

• All materials to be posted on the website are to be provided in digital format, either via e-mail (as an attachment) or on disk (CD, floppy or ZIP).
• Acceptable file formats for images, logos and photos include: gif, jpg, tiff, pict, psd, eps, pdf. Acceptable file formats for text include: Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), Microsoft Word (.doc), Rich Text Format (RTF), Microsoft Excel (.xls), and plain text files (.TXT).

To post materials on your CRN's page, or the Resources section of the site, e-mail your materials to info@ingenius.bc.ca, or mail/courier disks to Ingenius Webdesign, 3004 19th Street Vernon BC V1T 4B4.

Any links from your webpage to other (external) websites are intended to point to relevant local websites in your community. Any links to provincial, national or international websites should be submitted to the Links section of the main website.
